Biographie de l'artiste :
Depuis toujours la matière se transforme, par une dégradation naturelle, c’est l'oxydation, ma contribution est d'arrêter le travail du temps sur une toile. Œuvre unique, sculptée par le vent, la pluie, la neige, le gel, le soleil, la pollution. Ce travail inlassable de la nature je l'appelle OXYDOGRAPHIE. Les supports papiers ou tissus divers sont exposés aux intempéries. La conception d’une œuvre prend de six à huit mois. La difficulté est de canaliser les oxydes, d'en assurer les différentes couleurs, leurs densités et surtout d'éviter le pourrissement du support. OXYDOGRAPHIE est une marque déposée dont je suis le seul utilisateur. Toute utilisation par une tierce personne morale ou physique est une contrefaçon illicite.
Another way of painting and drawing
since the beginning of times,matter has always changed through a natural degradation;it is oxidation. My contribution is to stop the work of
time and to fix it on a support. It produces a unique work,carved by the wind,the rain,the snow,frost and the sun. I call this neverending work
of nature"oxidography".
the paper or fabric supports which I use get all oxidation of their material gradually,due to bad weather. I channel these oxides in order to obtain
the different tints of colour for the work I wish for a period of six to eight months. the support is gradually impregnated.I must take care that these
colours do not mix and that the support does not rot. This process,far from being an exact science,requires a continuous attention.

De schilder – en tekenkunst
Historisch gezien werd dit gebied omgezet door de natuurlijke afbraak van oxidatie. Mijn bijdrage is de tijd en het werk te stoppen door
een dragger aan te brengen. Uniek werk, gebeeldhouwd door wind, regen, sneeuw, vorst, zon.
Het onvermoeibare werk van de natuur noem ik OXYDOGRAPHIE.
Als media gebruik ik papier en doek om dagelijks de zon, maar ook slecht te ontvangen,waardoor de matérialen oxideren. Ik kanaliseer deze oxide om verschillende kleurschakeringen te krijgen, dit werk duurt een zes tot acht maanden.
Geleidelijk wordt het medium geimpregneerd. Het is noodzakelijk er voor te zorgen, dat de kleuren niet mengen en het medium niet vergaat.
Dit process, dat geen exacte wetenschap is, vergt voortdurend aandacht.
Mijn galerie is voor u open en ik laat u gaarne dit levend materiaal, dat wij hebben opgebouwd zien.
Schoonheid is vluchtig, maar vernieuwd zich voortdurend voor diegene, die er met pleizier naar kijkt.
