The Barca at Godrej MSR City project is a high-end apartment building in Shettigere, North Bangalore. The project's first phase covers 17.25 acres and has more than 80% green space. This wonderful site has 2 and 3 BHK flats that range in size from 1186 to 1876 square feet. The prices start at about Rs. 1.8 Cr and go up to Rs. 1.84 Cr. The project website is currently in the "pre-launch" stage and has a number of deals and offers. The Godrej Properties building is in the high-end luxury range and is set to open in 2025. It will be finished and ready to move into in March 2030. The RERA number for it is PR/010425/007644.
